Acceptance of Terms: By becoming a member of Central Oregon SXS Club, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms govern your participation in club activities, use of club resources, and interaction with other members.

Assumption of Risk: As a member of Central Oregon SXS Club, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with off-road riding activities. You understand that off-road riding involves inherent dangers and may result in injury, death, or damage to property.

Member Responsibility: Members are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being while participating in club activities. Central Oregon SXS Club does not assume responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by members during club rides, events, or gatherings.

Rider Conduct: Members are expected to adhere to safe riding practices and exercise caution at all times during club activities. Reckless or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the revocation of membership privileges.

Map Information: Central Oregon SXS Club provides maps and route information for reference purposes only. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our maps, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions, unforeseen and sudden terrain changes, etc. Members are encouraged to verify route information and exercise caution when navigating unfamiliar terrain.

Content Sharing: Members may share content, including but not limited to photos, videos, and route suggestions, through club channels. Central Oregon SXS Club does not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content. Members are solely responsible for the content they share and its potential impact on others. Upon entering into this agreement, you agree to treat others with respect and will not harass, post insults that involve but are not limited to, race, gender, religion, political views, etc. at other members of the group; in person or on our group board.

Map Corrections: Central Oregon SXS Club welcomes feedback and corrections regarding map information. Members are encouraged to report any inaccuracies or discrepancies to club administrators promptly. The club will work diligently to rectify map errors and update route information as necessary.

Enforcement of Club Rules: Central Oregon SXS Club reserves the right to enforce club rules and by-laws to maintain a safe and enjoyable riding environment for all members. Violations of club rules may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of membership, and in rare cases, legal action.

Indemnification: By participating in Central Oregon SXS Club activities, members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the club, its officers, web designer(s), directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation in club activities.

Amendments: Central Oregon SXS Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the club's website or other official channels.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, United States.
